Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The watch must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging must be included

To initiate a return, please contact us at alanlopezg03@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Warranty

All Saint Aurelian watches include a 12-month limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Water damage beyond the stated water resistance
